I have been training with Stephanie at AMI Health and Fitness for over a year.. During this time I have found that she has admirable ethics. She is always on time, always prepared, demanding, yet very pleasant to work with. She always knows which muscle group needs working that day and changes exercises constantly so one never gets bored. Stephanie is sensative if I complain of a pain when doing an exercise and changes the exercise to accomodate this. I would highly recommend Stephanie as a personal trainer- she absolutey knows her stuff and is very qualified.
